Our 6kW AMADA LCG-AJ Fibre laser combines exceptional speed with unmatched precision, which gives us the ability to offer our customers maximum productivity and cost-efficiency.
By investing in superior machinery, we can offer a wide range of cutting capabilities to meet a diverse range of metal-cutting needs. From Stainless and Mild Steel to Aluminium, Brass, Copper, and even Titanium - we can handle various metals and alloys. Thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 25mm are easily accommodated, with brass reaching up to 15mm, and copper and titanium up to 10mm.
Our flexibility enables us to provide our customers with a comprehensive cutting service and allows us to meet the most demanding cutting requirements with ease.
Press Brake

Fabrication

Powder Coating
At YSS we offer an end-to-end product service with high quality finishes thanks to our in-house Powder Coating capabilities. With our advanced in-line track system, each item undergoes a meticulous process that ensures the application of an exceptional finish.
Our thorough pre-treatment process begins with a de-greasing tunnel, followed by a clear water wash and drying oven. This preparation stage is crucial for achieving optimal adhesion for increased durability. Afterward, the items are powder coated and baked at roughly 200 degrees Celsius.
We stock several RAL colours and can order speciality colours on request. This enables our customers to select virtually any colour they desire for their orders. Additionally, we can provide various finishes, including high gloss, semi gloss, matte finishes, and textured finishes.
Polishing
Our exceptional metal polishing services are delivered by a team of highly skilled professionals that have skill set to achieve a wide variety of metal finishes, including brushed and mirror finishes.
